Eu tenho um computador com windows 7 instalado e de uma hora pra outra deu tela azul com essa mensagem: A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer
If this is first time you've seen this stop error screen, restart you computer. If this appears again, follow these steps:
Run a system diagnostic utility supplied by your hardware manufacturer.
In particular, run a memory check, and check for faulty or mismatched memory. Try changing video adapters.

Prezado Henry-Keys o computador n&atilde;o inicia mais; para nessa tela azul. Tentei entrar em Modo Seguro, mas tamb&eacute;m n&atilde;o entra.

J&aacute; tentou em outros modos de seguran&ccedil;a (rede e linha de comando)??

ola gente .. bom sou nova aqui no forum.. nao sei mecher ainda direito aqui.. mais gostaria de saber se aquela tela azul do windows XP OU 7 seria virus mesmo?
pq meu pc tinha dado a tela azul ai formatei o pc, depois deu a ela azul de novo eu acho que nao &eacute; s&oacute; virus seria oq?

Pessoal eu utilizei uma das op&ccedil;&otilde;es do CD/DVD de recupera&ccedil;&atilde;o do Windows 7 e deu que tinha 56 kb de setores defeituosos. Ap&oacute;s o t&eacute;rmino, mandei reiniciar o computador ele deu a seguinte mensagem SATA PORT 0 HARD DISK: S.M.A.R.T Status BAD, Backup and replace Press F1 to resume.

Eu acredito que &eacute; o meu HD que foi pro espa&ccedil;o.
O que voc&ecirc;s acham ?

Pode ser. Mas a msg de erro refere-se as memorias e a placa de video. Teste tudo em outro pc. HD, VGA e As Memorias. Se der tudo certinho desconfie da fonte.
